Anna’s Full Performance in ‘The Pacific’ and Confirmed Fanmail Address for Ms. Torv!

Posted on April 12th, 2010 by Cara

Anna appeared on Part V of ‘The Pacific’: ‘Peleliu Landing’ for a couple of scenes, as Virginia Grey, an American movie star. Note, I posted two different versions of the clips, with one having the full clip with more mature content on it (no nudity, but it’s pretty racy, and I know some are uncomfortable with that).

PG-13 version:

Full rated R version:

In addition, I have confirmed Anna’s fanmail address with her publicist. So, if you want to send her fanmail through snailmail, you can send it to:

WKT Public Relations
Attn: Christine Tripicchio
C/O Anna Torv

Beverly Hills, CA 90212

*NOTE: I have received many emails that are directed to Anna. I just want to reiterate, we have no connection to her or her management. This address is the most accurate way of contacting her, but a reply of any sort is not guaranteed*

Wow, from all the commotion, I thought it would be a big deal, but really wasn’t bad at all in my opinion.

Wow! That got an “R” rating? We really do need to purge the psychos that condemn displays of the human body and natural, consensual depictions of affection — especially the ones that decry such while supporting (whether their approval is tacit or overt) violence and gore.

I hate smoking as much as any of those uber-zealots hate celebrations of natural affection and the creative impulse, but I realize the actors were playing characters that participated in an activity (smoking) that was actually promoted by the government and most of mainstream society.

I don’t allow my judgment against smoking to taint my opinions of the actors who were merely representing life during WWII — and we all (should by now) know that smoking (an unnatural act) kills both smokers and the people around them.

By contrast, observing nudity and consensual sexuality has never harmed anyone, and (excepting instances of insufficient shelter) nudity has never harmed anyone — and, quite frankly, humanity depends for its continuation upon the natural heterosexual coupling.
