AMERICAN actor Mark Valley and his wife Anna Torv were seen with Gold Coast MP for Mermaid Ray Stevens at the Gold Coast Turf Club on Saturday.

Valley is best known for his apperances in television series Boston Legal and Fringe, the latter also starring Anna, the daughter of Hot Tomato’s Hans Torv.

If you think Mark would make a good action man, you’re right as he is a graduate of America’s top military academy, West Point, and served in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm.

Anna, who went to school on the Gold Coast, met Mark on the set of Fringe. Apparently the wedding was kept a close secret.

The couple is holidaying on the Coast and catching up with family and friends.
